SAFETY MANAGEMENT

Motech’s safety policy provides a safe work environment that complies with OHSAS18001 and TOSHMS occupational health and safety management system.

In 2007, Motech established the Emergency Response Center for dealing with emergencies immediately to lower damages and impacts. In the Emergency Response Center, Motech installed all kinds of equipment (e.g. leak detector of gas and chemicals, fire alarm system, closed circuit television) to help employees to respond to any crisis immediately.

Furthermore, Motech conducts scenario-based emergency drills regularly for employees and long-term onsite vendor representatives to enhance their response efficiency. We also cooperate with fire station for drills to increase employees’ awareness of crisis management.
